Who Is A Therapist?

- Remember Life coaches do not analyze, diagnose, or prescribe treatment, while therapists do.

ABOUT ME
I am professionally certified in Life and Health Coaching with ICF accreditations (International Coach Federation). I also have a degree in Accounting and an MBA. Currently, a student pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition. I am a wife, a mother of 4 young kids, and a full-time working professional. Passion and purpose get me relentless and drive me to do deeper work with my clients every day. All of these aspects of my life with more than a decade of experience on each makes me the coach you want to work with.
